Upgrading bq Pascal 2 to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

Recently I found out in the bq readers website that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean firmware was available for my bq Pascal 2 and decided to upgrade it. Adding 3G to a bq Pascal 2 tablet
